Girls Grades 6-12 are welcome to join this extracurricular program for youth! The purpose of this program is to provide students a space to learn and take part in healthy outlets for frustration or stress. They will be encouraged by the ability of their own body and what it is able to do as well as learn new skills. The program will include running, stretching, and basic health and wellness activities.
Students must be registered in order to come to this program.
