This is a youth support worker position with a focus on building transformational relationships through art. There is lots of room to tailor this position to your individual strengths, interests and calling including but not limited to creative art drop-in programs, theatre clubs, extra support in school art classes, etc, with the desire of supporting youth and seeing them live fully in Christ.
Education level: minimum Grade 12, and formal art training is an asset
Skills and characteristics: significant experience in the arts, strong interpersonal skills, servant hearted, leadership skills, self-motivated, team player, flexible
