Taeryn Novak

Taeryn grew up in the Comox Valley and as a teen, her life was greatly impacted by her youth leaders and YFC staff who invested in her. From then on she knew she wanted to do the same for others. Taeryn came on staff in 2018 as a youth worker and communications admin.

"I want young people to know that they are valuable and loved. As I walk alongside them in genuine relationships, I want to support them, care for them and inspire them to live their lives to the full in Jesus. I'm thankful that through YFC I can do that, as well as use my administrative abilities to communicate the heart of the organization to the community."

Some interesting facts about Taeryn include her love of Broadway musicals and her irrational fear of octopus.
