Troy Friesen

Troy Friesen is excited to join Youth Unlimited™ YFC Comox Valley after serving with YFC in Steinbach, Manitoba since 2022. With a heart for youth, he has experience in mentoring, leadership, and walking alongside young people through different seasons of life.

He’s passionate about building authentic relationships and journeying with youth through mentorship and discipleship— helping them discover their identity, value, and purpose in Jesus. Troy loves being part of a ministry that cares for the whole person, creating spaces where young people feel known, supported, and encouraged.

Outside of ministry, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, exploring the outdoors, trying new foods, and listening to great music.
